Action on ZMA-2007-00015 DTG Dickerson Road:
Motion: Mr. Zobrist moved, Mr. Craddock seconded, for approval of ZMA-2007-00015 DTG Dickerson Road, with the conditions set forth in the staff report and provided that appropriate proffer language is worked out between staff and the applicant prior to the Board meeting.
The motion passed by a vote of 5:0. (Mr. Strucko and Mr. Morris were absent.)
Ms. Joseph stated that ZMA-2007-00015, DTG Dickerson Road, will go before the Board of Supervisors with a recommendation for approval on January 16.
