County Planning Commission, at its meeting on December 13, 2005, unanimously
recommended approval of the above-noted petition to the Board of Supervisors.
Please note that
this approval is subject to the following conditions
that reference the “Jarman’s Sportscycles Preliminary Site Development Plan”
with revision date of 10/21/05 (two sheets) prepared by B. Aubrey Huffman and
display of vehicles shall be limited to the covered porches of the building
only. Vehicles shall not be displayed elsewhere on the site, or between the
northern parcel boundary and the EC.
