Route 29 Bypass Albemarle County Citizen Information Meeting
9/19/2012

VDOT will host a Route 29 Bypass Citizen Information Meeting on Thursday, September 27, 2012. Find out about the results of the environmental assessment that serves as a re-evaluation and update of previous environmental studies for the Route 29 Bypass in Albemarle County. The proposed project would extend approximately 6.2-miles and provide a new four-lane divided, limited-access roadway to the west of existing Route 29 from the Route 250 Bypass and the North Grounds of the University of Virginia on the south end to existing Route 29 north of the South Fork Rivanna River on the north end. The citizen information meeting will be held in an open house format and no formal presentation will be given.

Thursday, September 27, 2012, 6 - 9 p.m.
