ANNOUNCEMENTS

The Albemarle County Office of Housing is accepting applications for funding through the Affordable Housing Investment Fund. All applications for funding must be submitted through the Office of Housing's application portal: Applications are due by 11:59PM on Friday, July 31, 2026.

The Office of Housing will hold an orientation session on Wednesday, July 8, from 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM and an open house Q&A session from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM on Thursday, July 23, 2026. For more information about these sessions, contact Morgan Hultman, Housing Project Coordinator.

JULY 2, 2026:

The May 2026 Annual Housing Report is now available.

MAY 15, 2026:

The maximum affordable rent rate tables and maximum affordable sales price limits have been updated for 2026. Please visit the Developers' Resources page for more information. The new rate can be found by clicking on the INCOME, RENT, & FOR-SALE PRICE LIMITS tab.
