Construction of a 3-span (approximately 220') pedestrian bridge over the Biscuit Run Stream within Biscuit Run Park with adjoining ADA paved trail and on street parking.  This new park entrance will provide visitors an opportunity to experience the recent Biscuit Run Stream Restoration project.

Additionally, this entrance will create urban connectivity by providing local access to numerous neighborhoods along the 5th Street/Old Lynchburg Rd corridor as well as the Oak Hill and Southwood Communities along Hickory Street.
