Rivanna Futures is an Albemarle County project to create an Intelligence and National Security Innovation Acceleration Campus (INSIAC) next to Rivanna Station, a federal defense intelligence hub, to foster collaboration between government, academia, and private companies in defense, biotech, and tech. By leveraging proximity to federal sites and the University of Virginia for high-skilled job growth, the Central Virginia's innovation corridor along Route 29 is a growing economic driver for the region.
