Purpose

The Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) Advisory Committee reviews the School Board and Board of Supervisors list of recommended projects and develops a combined School Division and General Government CIP proposal under the direction and guidance given by the two boards. Members include: 2 Members of the Board of Supervisors, 2 Members of the Albemarle County School Board, 1 Member of the Planning Commission, and 1 Citizen Representative.

Meetings

Typically there are 2-3 Meetings, two hours in length held at the end of November once a week, time should be set aside to prepare for the meetings.
