The upgraded Civic Access site will include: 

• A navigation menu on the left side of the screen.
• A search bar at the top of the page.
• Larger homepage buttons for commonly used services.
• Separate menu options for applications, invoices, maps, public records, forms, resources, and help.
• An Account icon in the upper-right corner that replaces the current Login or Register Link.
• An upgraded My Work page. 
• A layout designed to work better on different screen sizes. 

Changes to My Work

Civic Access will organize applications and permits by parcel number.

If you have more than one record associated with the same parcel, those records will be grouped together in a folder for that parcel. Open the folder to view the applications and permits associated with that property. 

This change will make it easier to find and manage multiple records for the same property. Your existing records will not be removed. 

• Your existing username and password will remain the same.
• You will not need to create a new account.
• The Civic Access website address and existing links will remain the same.
• Your existing applications, permits, attachments, and other records will remain available. 
• You can continue using Civic Access to submit applications, pay fees, request inspections, and manage your records. 

Beginning September 14, 2026:

• Select Applications to submit an application.
• Select Invoices or Pay Invoice to view and pay fees.
• Select Inspections to request an inspection and view today's inspections.
• Select Public Records to search for permits, plans, inspections, code cases, requests, and licenses.
• Select Forms to find forms and application guidance.
• Select Account Icon in the upper-right corner to register, sign in, or manage your account.
• Select the three lines in the upper-left corner to show or hide the navigation menu.

No action is required before the update. You may continue using Civic Access as usual.
