A Letter of Zoning Compliance (LZC) lists the current improvements, zoning, uses, and any potential violations of a property, and is frequently required by lending institutions. These letters may take up to 30 days to be issued. An LZC is not an interpretation of zoning regulations, nonconformities, or vested rights, and may not be appealed. There is a fee associated with a Letter of Zoning Compliance.
