When are Architectural Review Board Applications required?

Architectural Review Board (ARB) applications are needed when a property that is being developed under a site plan or building permit application is located within the Entrance Corridor Overlay Zoning District (EC). ARB applications are reviewed for consistency with the Entrance Corridor Design Guidelines.
