Upcoming: On Friday, June 19, 2026, the County will upgrade the Laserfiche system architecture. This upgrade will ensure we remain current on the platform. Please note that the system will be offline during this time, which will affect a limited number of Laserfiche Forms. For example, forms such as the Real Estate Tax Relief Application for the Elderly and Disabled and the Parking Ticket Appeal Form will be temporarily unavailable.
To prepare for this upgrade, please complete all Laserfiche Forms submissions by the end of business on Thursday, June 18. The system will be restored and available again on Saturday, June 20, once all upgrades are completed. This update will make our internal processes more efficient and responsive, allowing us to handle your applications and submissions more promptly and accurately.
