The Albemarle County Police Department is seeking the whereabouts of a man wanted after fleeing from a traffic stop on March 8, 2026.

On that date, at approximately 3:15 a.m., an officer with ACPD attempted a traffic stop on a vehicle for suspicion of driving under the influence. The driver failed to yield, and a brief pursuit ensued before the vehicle came to a stop, and the driver fled on foot.
