Western Park is a 39 acre partially developed public parkland in Crozet at Old Trail. The parkland was proffered to Albemarle County for public use as part of the original Old Trail rezoning.

Western Park currently includes a playground installed in 2021, athletic fields, a community garden, and trail segments that connect to the larger Crozet Trails greenway system. Western Park currently does not have infrastructure or amenities such as parking or restrooms, but public parking is available on public streets in the immediate vicinity of Western Park.

Western Park also contains natural resource features including Lickinghole Creek as well as important wildlife habitat for local and migratory birds.

Park is open daily 7:00am-Dark.
