Albemarle County Fire Rescue and Charlottesville Fire Department invite you to the 25th Anniversary 9/11 Stair Climb at John Paul Jones Arena on Saturday, September 12, 2026, at 8 AM.

Join career and volunteer firefighters, along with community members, as we climb the equivalent of 110 stories, or 2,200 steps, in remembrance of the 343 firefighters who lost their lives on September 11, 2001.

This event is free and open to all.
