Legal Description: SP 2010-15 (Signs #26, 27) University of Virginia Foundation (owner) / UVA North Fork Research Park (applicant) Per Section 4.15.5 applicant requests two off-site signs to identify off-site tenants. One existing sign will be refaced at the intersection of Lewis and Clark and Research Park Boulevards to include at least one off-site tenant. The second sign is proposed on Lewis and Clark Blvd east of the other sign and adjacent to the parking area. Property is located off the west side of Route 29 on Lewis and Clark Blvd at its intersection with Research Park Blvd. Tax Map 32, Parcel 19J is zoned Planned Development Industrial Park, Entrance Corridor Overlay, and Airport Impact Area Overlay districts.
