Board/Commission Name Rivanna Water and Sewer Authority 
Introduction/Overview/Duties Provides wholesale water and wadtewater treatment service for the City and County. Responsible for construction of regional wastewater treatment plan. See Four-Party Agreement. 
Length of Term Two years for Chairman. 
Frequency/Times for Meetings Fourth Monday of each month at 2:00 p.m. at 200 Franklin Street. 
Membership Membership is spelled out in the Four-Party Contract. One member is appointed jointly by the City and the County and serves as Chairman of this Board.
