Board/Commission Name Piedmont Housing Alliance 
Introduction/Overview/Duties In a regional context, provide affordable, safe and decent housing to low- to moderate-income and special needs populations. 
Length of Term One to three years. Members are selected and appointed by Piedmont Housing Alliance. 
Frequency/Times for Meetings Meetings are held monthly. 
Membership Six members are Charlottesville Housing Foundation members, six are from local jurisdictions, six are from local non-profit housing agencies, and nine are community representatives earning 0 - 80 percent of the area median income. 
Qualifications Must meet requirements of vacant slot.
