Board/Commission Name Darden Towe Memorial Park Committee 
Introduction/Overview/Duties 1. To deal with capital development issues such as:
a. Determine the use of Phase III funding
b. Receive input from the Staff Supervisory Committee on new department beyond Phase III and establish priority and funding schedule recommendations for inclusion in the Capital Improvement Programs (CIP) of both localities
c. Determine the use of funds budgeted for future new development and reorder priorities as necessary when construction bids are received
2. Resolve any differences on policy between the governing bodies as they may pertain to the Park
3. Provide direction to the Staff Supervisory Committee as requested
4. Meet as directed by Board or Council to resolve issues, make recommendations, etc.
5. Make recommendations as to the governing bodies for alterations to the City/County agreement. (Approved 11/02/94)
