The Albemarle County Planning Commission, at its meeting on February 17, 2004, by a vote of 7:0 recommended approval of the addition of 23 acres to the Batesville Agricultural/Forestal District.
The Albemarle County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing and make a final decision on March 3, 2004, 2:00 p.m., Meeting Room #241, Second Floor, County Office Building. Any new or additional information regarding your application must be submitted to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors at least seven days prior to your scheduled hearing date.
