The proposed name is a common road name within the meaning of the Manual and is consistent with the Manual’s other road name guidelines. A map showing the location of the road is attached (Attachment B).
There is no anticipated budget impact. The landowners will be responsible for costs associated with new signage.
Staff recommends that the Board approve changing the road name of Five Oaks Court to Frays Ridge Court and authorize staff to implement the change.
