BACKGROUND:
In accordance with the County’s CIP Process, the CIP Oversight Committee has completed its proposed CIP plan for an “Amendment Year” cycle and has prepared a final proposed CIP Plan recommendation. In accordance with this process, the Oversight Committee’s recommendation is shared with the Board of Supervisors and the School Board in a Joint work session. The purpose of the work session is to receive input from the two Board’s on the recommended CIP. This recommendation will be forwarded to the County Executive for consideration by the Board of Supervisors during the upcoming budget process.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
This information is provided as background in advance of the Joint work session. Staff will present the Oversight Committee’s CIP Plan recommendation, the details of the proposed adjustments and the list of committee concerns.
