The Albemarle County Planning Commission, at its meeting on September 9, 2008, by a vote of 5:0, recommended renewal of AFD2008-00004 Free Union Agricultural/Forestal District as proposed. 

The Board is scheduled to hold a public hearing on this item at its October 8th meeting.
