Re: AFD2008-00004 Free Union District Review – Update on Withdrawals
On September 9, 2008, at the Planning Commission hearing on this item, staff presented a list of properties withdrawing from the district. The landowners
requested withdrawal after the Planning Commission staff report was distributed, so the withdrawals were presented to the Commission at the hearing. The Commission’s action, recommending renewal of the District, included the withdrawal of the following parcels:
TMP 17-8 = 21.899 ac
TMP 16-38 = 3.175 ac
TMP 16-39 = 4.116 ac
The new total acreage for the District after these withdrawals would be 1,371.75 acres.
