The Albemarle County Planning Commission, at its meeting on April 8, 2008, recommended approval of the above-noted petition to the Board of Supervisors, by a vote of 5:0:1.
Please note that this approval is subject to the following conditions:
1. Development shall be in general accord with the concept plan dated February 26, 2008.
2. The parking study is based on a maximum of 80 children. There shall be no more than 80 children served at this location of the Boys and Girls Club.
The Albemarle County Planning Commission also approved the Critical Slopes Waiver, by a vote of 5:0:1.
Please be advised that the Albemarle County Board of Supervisors will review this petition and receive public comment at their meeting on May 14, 2008.
