RE: JAUNT Stockholders’ Meeting and Appointment of Proxy

Please see the attached memo regarding the upcoming JAUNT Annual Stakeholders’ meeting to be held on Wednesday, July 16, 2008. This meeting requires the appointment of a proxy to vote on our shares at the meeting. I am recommending that you appoint, for the length of his term, Juandiego Wade, one of our JAUNT board members, to act as proxy for the County of Albemarle.
