The Albemarle County Planning Commission, at its meeting on August 26, 2008, by a vote of 7:0, recommended approval of the above-noted Subdivision Text Amendment to the Board of Supervisors. 

The Board is scheduled to hold a public hearing on this item at its November 12^th meeting.  An updated staff report will be provided in the near future.
