The Albemarle County Planning Commission, at its meeting on August 19, 2008, recommended approval of the above-noted petition to the Board of Supervisors, by a vote of 7:0.
Please note that these approvals are subject to the following conditions:
1. This special use permit authorizes an assisted living facility.
2. Maximum usage is limited to ninety residents (90) residents in the facility.
3. Physical Therapy services to non-residents are allowed.
