Request for preliminary subdivision plat approval [Attachment A] to result in 2 lots on 2.066 acres.
PLANNING AND ZONING HISTORY:
SUB2007-164- Boundary line adjustment for tax maps 76C-02 parcel 1, 76C-02 parcel 4, and 76C-02 parcel 5 that was approved in June 2007 and recorded [Attachment F].
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN:
The Comprehensive Plan designates this property as Neighborhood Density in Urban Area 6.
REASON FOR PLANNING COMMISSION REVIEW:
The subdivision has been called up by an adjacent owner [Attachment C].
DISCUSSION:
The proposed
subdivision is in the development area [Attachment A]. The plat has been
reviewed by the Site Review Committee. The Site Review Committee finds that
this plat meets all requirements for preliminary plat approval.
RECOMMENDATION: Staff finds that the proposed subdivision meets the requirements of the subdivision ordinance. Staff recommends approval with the following conditions:
