BACKGROUND:
As part of the County’s Strategic Plan Goal to “Fund the County’s Future Needs” and its efforts to shape a more complete 5-year Financial Plan, staff will be asking the Board for direction on possible alternative revenue sources currently not being utilized.

DISCUSSION:
At the work session, staff will be presenting information on alternative revenue sources for the Board’s consideration in shaping a 5-year Financial Plan. Specific alternative revenue sources to be reviewed include EMS revenue recovery, the County’s proffer policy, service districts and dedicated funding for the County’s stormwater program.
