RE: ZTA2005-00009 Density Bonus Affordable Housing
The Albemarle County Planning Commission, at its meeting on September 4, 2007, by a vote of 7:0, recommended approval of ZTA-2005-00009, Density Bonus Affordable Housing, removing the amendment to Section 12.4.3, with a strong recommendation to the Board that they would love to see some Energy Star standards for affordable housing, but realize that it may be premature.
The Board is scheduled to hold a public hearing on this item at its October 3, 2007 meeting.
