Dear Mr. and Mrs. Murphy:
The Albemarle County Planning Commission, at its meeting on July 10, 2007, unanimously recommended approval of the above-noted petition to the Board of Supervisors. Please note that this approval is subject to the following conditions:
1. A separate entrance and exit shall be provided for the clinic in accordance with Section 5.1.11d.
2. No outdoor exercise area shall be permitted.
3. A note shall be added to the plan to identify the one tree that shall be bonded.
4. The veterinary clinic shall be identified as located in building 4.
Please be advised that the Albemarle County Board of Supervisors will review this petition and receive public comment at their meeting on August 1, 2007.
