BACKGROUND:

On April 10, 2007, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on this rezoning and special use permit request. Staff recommended approval of the request and the Commission unanimously recommended approval, provided that very minor changes were made to the application plan. These minor changes included clearly defining the 0.167 acres subject to this rezoning and special use permit and also providing a note on the landscaping plan. Revisions to the plan also necessitate a revision to the proffers to correctly reference the revised version of the plan. 

 

DISCUSSION:

The applicant has submitted revised proffers and plan reflecting these minor changes. (Attachment A and B)

 

 

RECOMMENDATIONS:

Staff recommends approval of ZMA 2006-21 with the attached proffers and of SP 2006-44.
