BACKGROUND:

Human Resources has completed its Annual Report for the Local Government, providing the Board of Supervisors with information about County employees and the Human Resources Department.

 

 

STRATEGIC PLAN:

In support of entire plan.

 

 

DISCUSSION:

The Report provides pay information, demographic data and recruitment/selection/retention statistics.  It provides information on the County’s compensation and benefits strategy as well as employee reward and recognition efforts.  In addition, it describes the focus and efforts of the Human Resources Department over this past fiscal year, 2005-2006.
