DOWNTOWN ZONING DISTRICT

GENERAL SCOPE

 

In conjunction with County Planning, Zoning and Legal staffs develop either an overlay or stand alone zoning district whose provisions will address specific needs particular to a downtown or central business district urban center.  This district will initially be applied in the downtown area of Crozet and should address barriers to its appropriate development and the recommendations of the Crozet Master Plan.  Elements to be considered as part of this district should include, but need not be limited to, the following:
