Dear Mr. Pohl:


The Albemarle County Planning Commission, at its meeting on June 6, 2006, unanimously recommended approval of the above-noted petition to the Board of Supervisors.

Please note that this approval is subject to the following conditions:


  1. The final application plan will reflect a pedestrian path in the location discussed during the Planning Commission work session and shown on a revised plan at the June 6, 2006 Planning Commission meeting.
  2. Legal approval of the proffers.
  3. Revise the affordable housing proffer to state that the cash proffer kicks in at the beginning of construction of the seventh unit.


Additionally, the Planning Commission unanimously approved the critical slope waiver request for ZMA-2005-00014, Poplar Glenn Phase 2.
