Dear Mr. Messing:

 

The Albemarle County Planning Commission, at its meeting on April 11, 2006, unanimously recommended approval of the above-noted petition to the Board of Supervisors, on the condition that the applicant submits the site layout plan contained in the materials as a proffer and that no additional conditions not reflected in the June 27 site layout plan be approved in that proffer.

 

Please be advised that the Albemarle County Board of Supervisors will review this petition and receive public comment at their meeting on June 7, 2006. The meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m. in Room 241 of the County Office Building at 401 McIntire Road. It is the Board of Supervisorís preference that a public hearing not be advertised until all of the final materials for a zoning application have been received by the County and are available for public review.  To achieve this preference, please provide final plans, final codes of development, final proffers, and any other documents deemed necessary by the Director of Community Development, to me no later than May 15th.
