Dear Mr. Greene:
The Planning Commission, at its meeting of September 19, 2006, did not approve the request for private streets. Without approval of the private street request the preliminary subdivision plat cannot be approved.
This decision of the Planning Commission may be appealed to the Board of Supervisors by filing a written request with the Director of Planning along with a fee of $240 within ten calendar days of the decision. (Subdivision Ordinance Section 14-226)
