RESOLUTION OF THE INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
OF ALBEMARLE COUNTY, VIRGINIA RECOMMENDING
APPROVAL BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF ALBEMARLE, VIRGINIA
OF A PROPOSED $2,850,000 BOND ISSUE
FOR THE BENEFIT OF RECORDING FOR THE BLIND & DYSLEXIC, INC.
WHEREAS, Recording for the Blind & Dyslexic, Inc. (the "Company") has requested that the Industrial Development Authority of Albemarle County, Virginia (the "Authority"), approve the issuance of a revenue bond in an amount up to $2,850,000 by the Industrial Development Authority of the City of Charlottesville, Virginia, the proceeds of which will be used to assist the Company in acquiring, constructing and equipping a new headquarters facility for the Company’s Regional Unit of the Virginias and the Carolinas, to house its regional administrative offices and recording facilities, consisting of approximately 11,650 square feet to be located on Greenbrier Drive, just west of Route 29 in the County of Albemarle, Virginia ("Project");
WHEREAS, a public hearing has been held by the Authority regarding the Company’s request, and the Authority desires to recommend approval of the proposed bond issue to the Board of Supervisors of the County of Albemarle, Virginia;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF ALBEMARLE COUNTY, VIRGINIA:
