Dear Ms. Balser:
The Albemarle County Planning Commission, at its meeting on November 9, 2004, by a vote of (6:1) approved the above-noted petition to allow the installation of a Tier II Personal Wireless Service facility with a monopole that is not more than 7 feet in height above the tallest tree within 25 feet. The Commission denied the applicant’s request for the proposed height of 10 feet above the tallest tree.
