RE: Review of the Kinloch Agricultural/Forestal District
Ladies and Gentlemen:
The Albemarle County Planning Commission, at its meeting on October 12, 2004, by a vote of 7:0, approved the Kinloch Agricultural/Forestal District as proposed with a 10-year review period.
The Albemarle County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing and make a final decision on November 3, 2004, 6:00 p.m., Meeting Room #241, Second Floor, County Office Building. Any new or additional information regarding your application must be submitted to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors at least seven days prior to your scheduled hearing date.
