Transportation

Phasing

- Allows 5 years from approval of site plan to complete North Pointe Blvd, Leake Road, Northside Drive, and Proffit Road improvements

-  HTC required completion of onsite roads, Ridge Road offsite, and Timberwood Blvd. connection to Airport Road with first site plans.

To be consistent with comparable rezonings, Northside Drive, North Pointe Blvd, Leake Road, and Proffit Road improvements should be completed with initial site plan approvals
