Posted speed limit for area surveyed: 25 MPH
Average speed of all vehicles: 34.98 MPH
Maximum speed recorded: 60 MPH
50th Percentile speed: 36 MPH
85th Percentile speed: 41 MPH
Total number of vehicles that exceeded posted speed limit: 2709
Percentage of total vehicles that exceeded posted speed limit: 91%
Total number of vehicle that exceeded speed limit by 10 or miles per hour: 1613
Percentage of vehicles that exceeded the posted speed limit by 10 or miles per hour or more: 54%

1745-0015 hours: Averages to one violator every three minutes.
Tuesday, March 9, 2004:
0615-2300 hours: Averages to one violator every minute.
Wednesday, March 10, 2004:
0615-1430 hours: Averages to one violator every minute.
Based on the survey results above it is obvious that a speed problem still exists on this roadway. This location will remain on the selective enforcement site list. This information will be sent to the traffic unit officers and the patrol shifts to continue addressing.
