new owner has continued logging operations. VDOT has met with the property
owner on site to review the process involved to pave a road by a private
citizen. The property owner will be submitting road plans to VDOT. They will
also be providing a written explanation of the proposal to the Director of

VDOT has not issued an environmental permit and has contacted the applicant with their concerns about the current logging operation.
