Earlysville Exchange Nov 1st Grand Opening!

After years of planning and months of building, painting, and collecting donations, the Earlysville Exchange Thrift Store and Community Center will celebrate its Grand Opening on Saturday, November 1st from 12-4 pm, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at noon. The store, located at 4006 Earlysville Road, is filled with well-priced, gently used merchandize including women’s, men's, and children's clothing and shoes, linens, housewares, furniture, toys, rugs, and much more.

The Earlysville Exchange is a not-for-profit organization founded in 2014 by Chestnut Grove Baptist Church. All of our store managers and support staff are unpaid volunteers. After operational expenses, 100% of the proceeds from the Earlysville Exchange will be donated to the Earlysville community and surrounding areas. We will also work with area social service agencies to provide store vouchers to the needy in our community. Donated items that we are not able to offer for sale are provided to AMVETS.

A comfortable coffee area is also provided so area residents have a place to congregate, and a spacious community room will eventually host special classes in computer skills, work force training, and ESL. We are grateful for donations and store volunteers. For details, see our website:, or call us at the store at (434) 975-0375. Store hours are Wednesday through Friday from 10-6:30 and Saturday from 9-4.
