Albemarle Supervisor Duane Snow will host a Town Hall Meeting for residents of the Samuel Miller Magisterial District on Thursday, September 27, 2012 starting at 6:30 p.m. at Yancey Elementary School. Residents of the Samuel Miller District are invited to bring any questions or concerns related to Albemarle County government.
Discussion topics will include:
An update on Yancey Elementary School, provided by School Board Member Eric Strucko
An update on Route 6 and Porters Road provided by VDOT
Albemarle County Police Department will discuss the new firing range and the new area policing model
Supervisor Snow will provide an update on the status of internet coverage
