Public Safety Communications Officers Kara Lugar & Nate Abbott finished at the top of their class at the Central Shenandoah Criminal Justice Training Academy. They graduated from the 65th Basic Emergency Communications Officer training class. Kara received the Distinguished Honor Graduate of the class and Nate finished number two in the class with Academic Honors.
