MISSION AND DESCRIPTION Consistent with the County's strategic goals and the priorities of the Board of Supervisors, the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), under the direction of the County Executive, prepares the County's annual operating and capital budgets, including fiscal reporting and cost-effectiveness functions and oversight of long-range financial planning, debt service management, and performance budgeting.
