TRAILS
Multi-use trails for hiking, running, mountain biking and horseback riding. Trails are steep and strenuous.
Little Flat Mountain Loop: 4.3 miles from parking lot, beautiful views with lots of wildlife spotted recently.
For a shorter option check out the Blackwells Hollow Trail.
There are plans to add a new trail in the near future called the Blue Ledge Trail.

DIRECTIONS
From Charlottesville, follow Barracks Road which turn into Garth Road to the Piedmont Store in Whitehall, go around the curve to the right onto Rt. 810 (do not go straight up to Sugar Hollow), Follow Rt. 810 for 7.8 miles and parking area is on the left. Approximately 45 minutes from Charlottesville.
