HOMEBUYER'S ClubThe HOMEBUYER'S Club is designed to help low-income people achieve the goal of home ownership through education and individualized counseling. Housing choice vouchers allow very low-income families to choose and lease or purchase safe, decent, and affordable privately-owned rental housing in Albemarle County.  This type of voucher is also referred to as a Tenant-Based Voucher.
