ECC Performance Management
The Charlottesville-UVA-Albemarle County Emergency Communications Center uses several key performance indicators to track the workload and the overall performance of its employees. Each indicator is assigned a red, yellow, green or grey icon, which shows the progress of each performance measure. Red indicators help to identify areas that need improvement while green indicators show which performance measures are on target. Yellow indicators caution that the target is not being met but is close. Grey indicators are used when no target has been set.

Targets
If a specific target has been identified for a measure, it will be indicated on the chart. The current progress of each performance measure will be noted by the proper indicator.
